Where Do I Put My Bags?
You can put your bags anywhere, as long as our team can access them. PLEASE NOTE though, we are not permitted to enter any gate without you being there. So it is best not to put them hidden in the back yard if you have side-gates. YOU MUST put all the bags you booked with together as drivers will not collect pre-paid bags that are scattered in your yard. The reason for this is we really do not want the team to grab bags you might not have wanted them to take. BEST PLACES to put bags are by your garage door, by your bins or beside your house. WE PREFER that bags are NOT left on the curb-side, just to ensure that people passing by dont add to your pile.
What if my bags are not ready?
Drivers have a specific time limit that they can spend on site for pre-paid bags. This is to ensure that we keep the price of this part of our service as low as possible. Drivers will not call to check or knock on your door if they cannot find the bags as this will convert your stop to a Quotation stop, meaning that the price will be higher. THE TEAMS default action if bags are not ready or accessiable is to take what they can, otherwise they will have to skip the stop.
What Happens If My Stop Is Skipped
If the team have to skip your stop then your area minimum will apply. If your area has a $39 minimum collection, then that is the amount that we will apply as non-refundable. If the team have to skip your stop often then we might choose not to offer Pre-paid service to you as this might not be the best option for you.
What If I Have More Bags After I Already Booked?
That is not a problem at all, you just simply have to do another booking and our system will automatically combine your orders, as long as you booked again for the same day. We can accomodate added bags on the day also and can take Eftpos payments. The only rule here is that you have to let the team know that you wish to do so. The team will then call you when they are on their way to your stop and so long as you meet them when they arrive to make payment, then it is no problem 🙂
What if I Want To Cancel My Booking?
You may cancel your booking 48 hours before the stop date. If you cancel with shorter notice then a refund might not be possible. This is because we would have already started work on the route and when you cancel the route changes. We may decide to no longer offer serviecs to you if you cancel frequently.

What Sort Of Stuff Do You Take?
Can You Remove If I Am Happy With The Quote?
Absolutely! The team will be onsite and give you a quote. Most of our customers go ahead straight away because the team are fully equiped to get straight to work.
How Do I Pay You?
There are many ways to pay such as Bank Transfer if you bank with one of our banks, otherwise we can take both Cash and Eftpos on site.
What if The Stuff Is Still In My House
That is also no problem. We can quote for items that are inside as well, and the team can help you remove them. You will need to ensure that cabinets are empty though. Also keep in mind that the price will be slightly higher to account for time spent.
