November 26, 2021 - I wish I'd known of this service ages ago! I had 3 huge big bags to go, 2 of them were really heavy. It was enough of a struggle to pick up one at a time, but clearly no issue to the friendly chap from your company - one in each hand and he ran... RAN back to put them in the truck! Sadly can't use your service again as I'm moving down south but my word I highly recommend you! Thanks again!

We help you remove excess waste, be it as little as one rubbish bag or larger items. We Don’t believe that we are serving customers, but members of our community. That is why we strive to placing the bar around our service seriously high.
Paying it Forward
BinBuddy was born through the hard backing from the community, making us a community project. We put as much as we can forward to supporting community initiatives and charities with both financial donations as well as offering our time and resources to help charities do good.
ZERO Landfill
We aspire to a zero environmental impact and sending none of our waste to landfill. This is a super audacious goal and will take some time however, we believe that no company is too small to aim for big dreams. Our first step is towards increased recycling & Education.

Why Our Customers love us
Do I Need To Take My Rubbish Bags To You?
Absolutely not 🙂 We come to you to collect your rubbish bags from just $5 per bag. That includes us coming out to you and collecting your bag from your doorstep.
Do I need To Sort My Waste?
Absolutely not. We do ask that you keep your general house waste separate from your garden waste because these go to different places. General House Waste goes to the same place that the council takes your wheelie bin waste to, however, your garden waste goes to a special recycling place. In order for your garden waste to be recycled, it has to be kept separate to your general house waste. We can take any mixed waste to the council dropoff however, we can never specifically mix Grass Clippings and solid wood bits with general house waste.
How Do I Pay You?
We either take payments via our website or you can request to make a manual bank transfer. Your payment details are not kept by us when you purchase via our website but rather via our bank, keeping you safe.
Do you take waste that cannot fit into a Rubbish Bag?
We can take general furniture items such as mattresses, Tables, Small couches, renovation waste and more. It is more difficult to put a standard price on these because of weight and also space that it takes up on our vehicles. We are open to custom arrangements though, so if you have a special pickup or even need to transport something larger within hamilton then feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I Pre-Purchase for future collections?
Absolutely! If you would like to have, say 2 rubbish bags collected each week for the next 4 weeks, then just simply pre-Purchase 8 bags and contact us specifying how you would like collections to take place. We will contact you via email as soon as you pre-purchase confirming your purchase, just simply reply to that email with your collection preference.
